Welcome to Ultius, available at https://ultius.me (the “Platform”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to the Platform and its services. By visiting the Platform, submitting a request, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Definitions
- “User,” “you,” and “your” mean anyone accessing or using the Platform.
- “We,” “us,” and “our” mean the Platform operator.
- “Writer” means an independent academic specialist who accepts orders through the Platform.
- “Services” include custom writing, editing, reviewing, research assistance, samples, and related academic support.
- “User Content” means instructions, files, messages, and other information you provide.
2. Nature of the Services
The Platform connects Users with Writers who provide customized academic assistance across various subjects and project types. Services are prepared according to the instructions, academic level, format, and deadline supplied with each order.
We do not guarantee grades, admission, academic credit, employment, or any other specific result.
3. Educational Use and Academic Integrity
All delivered content is provided for research, reference, and educational purposes. You are responsible for using it in accordance with your institution’s rules.
You must not submit delivered content as your own where this is prohibited, use the Platform during an active examination, engage in impersonation, or request assistance intended to facilitate fraud, plagiarism, or other misconduct.
We may reject or cancel requests that violate these requirements.
4. Age and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
We may close accounts and cancel pending orders if eligibility information is inaccurate.
5. Accounts and User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information
- Submit only data you have permission to share
- Provide complete instructions and relevant requirements
- Review delivered content before using it
- Treat Writers and support staff respectfully
- Use the Platform lawfully and responsibly
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.
6. Writers and Order Matching
Writers operate as independent contractors and are not our employees, partners, or agents.
We match orders based on subject, project type, academic level, requirements, deadline, Writer qualifications, and availability. Matching times may vary.
Payments and order-related communication must remain within authorized Platform channels.
7. Order Instructions and Changes
You must provide clear and complete instructions before work begins. Missing, conflicting, or inaccurate details may affect the price, scope, or delivery time.
Changes requested after confirmation may require additional payment or a revised deadline. Writers are required to follow only the instructions included in the confirmed order and any later changes accepted through the Platform.
8. Delivery and Revisions
Delivery estimates begin once payment and complete instructions are received. Completed files may be delivered through your account, email, or another approved channel.
Revision requests must relate to the original confirmed instructions. New requirements, additional sections, or changes in scope may require a separate quote.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete instructions, late responses, technical interruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. Communications
By providing your contact information, you agree to receive service-related messages through email, SMS, telephone, Live Chat, or WhatsApp. Messages may include quotes, payment confirmations, order updates, delivery notices, and account alerts.
Marketing communications will be sent only where permitted. You may opt out at any time, although essential order-related messages may continue. Message and data rates may apply.
10. Pricing and Payments
Prices are based on the project type, subject, academic level, complexity, length, deadline, and Writer availability.
Unless stated otherwise:
- Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars
- The quoted amount includes the applicable 12% Platform fee
- Payment is required before work begins
- Additional charges require your approval
- Applicable taxes may be added where required
- Orders do not renew automatically
Payments must be made through authorized Platform methods.
11. Cancellations and Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the order status, work completed, reason for the request, and our Refund Policy.
A full or partial refund may be considered when:
- We cannot provide the confirmed Service
- A duplicate or incorrect charge occurs
- You cancel before work begins
- The original requirements are materially unmet and cannot reasonably be corrected
- Delivery becomes impossible due to circumstances beyond reasonable control
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
12. Intellectual Property
The Platform’s text, graphics, branding, software, and design belong to us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You receive a limited right to access Platform content for personal, lawful, and noncommercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit it without permission.
You retain ownership of your User Content but authorize us and the assigned Writer to use it as necessary to complete your order and operate the Platform.
13. Privacy and Third-Party Providers
We handle personal information as described in our Privacy and Cookie Policy.
We may use third-party providers for payments, hosting, analytics, communications, security, and other Platform functions. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
14. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Platform and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific academic results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses. Our total liability concerning an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
You agree to indemnify us against claims resulting from your unlawful use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
15. Suspension, Updates, Governing Law, and Contact
We may restrict or terminate access for nonpayment, fraud, abuse, unauthorized transactions, academic misconduct, or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Disputes will be handled by the appropriate courts, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
